Our readers are UK business owners choosing card payment and finance services, including many whose first language is Polish or Romanian. We want everyone to be able to read and use this site, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology they use.
Features to help you
- Search. A search box sits in the header on every page, and there is a full search page and a site index listing every page on the site.
- Plain English. We avoid jargon, and explain terms where we use them. There is a glossary of payment and finance terms.
- Readable design. Clear type, good contrast, generous spacing, and consistent headings, with no pop-ups or auto-playing media.
- Keyboard and screen readers. Pages use proper headings, landmarks, and form labels, so they work with keyboard navigation and screen readers.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard. We are not perfect, and we keep improving.
